Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Ensure accurate and compliant bookkeeping for the legal entity. • Oversee and execute supplier payments. • Manage reconciliation of supplier accounts and bank accounts. • Prepare and maintain inventory-related financial reports. • Support the General Manager with cost‑by‑nature analysis and related reporting. • Ensure proper handling of intercompany transactions. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Economics. • At least 5 years of experience in Finance. • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • English at B2 level (written and spoken); native Chinese speaker. • Strong self‑motivation and ability to work independently.
