About the Role
We are seeking a Finance BP leader to support strategic financial decision‑making across our global life science business. This role is central to driving financial performance, partnering with cross‑functional teams, and supporting leadership in both local and international markets. Because of our strong operational footprint in Germany, the role requires German language fluency and regular travel to Germany for business reviews, collaboration with regional teams, and strategic planning sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full FP&A cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, long‑range planning, and monthly performance reporting
Deliver clear, data‑driven insights to senior leadership, highlighting financial risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations
Build and refine financial models to support product launches, pricing strategies, and market expansion initiatives
Partner with commercial, R&D, supply chain, and regulatory teams to evaluate business cases and capital investments
Support financial governance and compliance requirements specific to the medical device industry
Drive process improvements across reporting, analytics, and financial systems
Collaborate closely with German‑based teams and executives, including in‑person meetings during business travel
Present financial results and strategic analyses in both English and German
职位要求
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum 10 years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience
Proven track record leading financial planning cycles and producing executive‑level reporting
Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
Ability to influence and collaborate across global, matrixed teams
Fluent German speaker, with the ability to present and engage in professional discussions
Willingness and ability to travel regularly to Germany for business meetings
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred
