Finance BP / Business Analyst

作为业财桥梁，对接生产、销售、采购职能板块，落地财务政策，提供常态化财务支持； Serve as the bridge between Finance and Business functions, partnering with Production, Sales, and Procurement teams to implement financial policies and provide ongoing financial support. 牵头年度预算编制、月度滚动预测，跟踪预算执行差异分析，输出改善方案； Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly rolling forecasts; monitor budget performance, conduct variance analysis, and develop improvement plans. 开展经营数据分析：产品毛利、生产成本、渠道费用、应收管控，定期出具经营分析报告； Perform business performance analysis, including product gross margin, manufacturing costs, channel expenses, and accounts receivable management; prepare regular business analysis reports. 参与新品定价、促销方案、项目投入测算，从财务维度评估收益、把控经营风险； Participate in new product pricing, promotional program evaluation, and project investment analysis; assess profitability and manage business risks from a financial perspective. 业务端合同财务审核、流程梳理优化，搭建内控机制，防范费用、税务、资金风险； Review contracts from a financial standpoint, optimize business processes, establish internal control mechanisms, and mitigate expense, tax, and cash flow risks. 协同核算、成本团队，推进业财数据标准化，配合内外部审计、资产盘点。 Collaborate with Accounting and Costing teams to standardize business and financial data, and support internal/external audits and asset stocktaking activities.

本科财会相关专业，5 年以上财务工作经验，先进制造业财务 BP、经营分析、成本经验优先； Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of finance experience. Experience in Finance Business Partnering (FBP), business analysis, or cost management within manufacturing industry is preferred. 熟悉全面预算、经营分析、制造业成本核算逻辑，精通 ERP 与 Excel 数据分析； Strong knowledge of budgeting, management reporting, business performance analysis, and manufacturing cost accounting principles; proficient in ERP systems and Excel-based data analysis. 具备较强跨部门沟通能力，能够平衡业务发展与财务合规； Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to balance business growth objectives and financial compliance requirements. 持有中级会计、CPA/CMA 优先； Professional certifications such as Intermediate Accountant, CPA, or CMA are preferred. 积极主动的工作风格加分。 Proactivity is an advantage.
