Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
Provide insightful financial analysis and business performance reviews to support management decision-making.
Monitor key financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, compliance, and internal controls.
Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the organization.
Support business expansion, investment projects, and M&A evaluations when required.
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team.

Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines.
CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent qualification is preferred.
10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong background in FP&A, Business Controlling.
Prior experience in healthcare services, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare-related industries is highly preferred.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English and Mandarin communication skills.
