Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
Support group consolidation and corporate reporting requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, shared service teams, and business stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements.
Drive reporting process improvements and finance transformation initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
8+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or controllership.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and multinational reporting standards.
Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, life sciences, or other multinational companies preferred.
CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification is a plus.
Fluent spoken and written English, able to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
