职位描述
To meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions;
To establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of regional objectives;
Continuously adapt sales management tools and CRM to efficiently monitor sales execution;
Optimize tools and operating mechanism to maintain simplicity & efficacy;
Foster cross functional team work to support commercial initiatives implementation;
In collaboration with HQ and Functions assures the execution of the optimal go to market strategy;
Oversees local supply chain process in collaboration with GP&SC Function;
Responsible for pricing policies/project implementation and roll out;
Support variable compensation plan and design out implementation;
Propose & Implement sales excellence programs and training.
职位要求
Native Chinese or embraced Chinese culture and language;
Strong track record in commercial excellence position in multinational company with the experience of pharmaceutical/imaging/medical devices industry and also preferable the experience in managing commercial networks of dealers and manufacturing plants;
Solid Financial background with full understanding of P&Ls management;
Market understanding and commercial mind-set;
Ability to partner/negotiate with internal functions leaders to foster effective relationships aimed at achieving group ambitious targets;
Excellent people management and leadership capabilities to drive change, optimize the organization for ambitious developments, develop and mentor staff;
Academic degree and experience from international environment.
