Head of Accounting / Senior Accounting Manager

Responsibilities Lead accounting, tax, treasury and statutory reporting functions. Ensure compliance, internal controls and audit requirements. Drive monthly closing, financial reporting and process optimization. Partner with regional and local stakeholders on finance operations. Manage and develop a high-performing accounting team. Requirements 10+ years of accounting experience, including people management. Strong expertise in PRC GAAP, tax and statutory reporting. MNC experience within FMCG, retail or manufacturing preferred. CPA qualification is a plus. Fluent English.
