Head of AI, Bio-platforms

We are seeking a forward‑thinking scientific and technical leader to drive the integration of advanced AI and machine learning technologies into our biologics discovery workflows. This role requires modern machine‑learning approaches to build next‑generation platforms that accelerate the design and optimization of complex biologic molecules. You will oversee both internal development and external collaborations to establish and validate AI/ML systems that support in silico protein design. Working closely with experimental scientists, structural modelers, and AI/ML specialists, you will shape strategic direction, guide technical execution, and translate computational innovations into impactful therapeutic candidates. This position offers the opportunity to define how AI/ML is embedded into biologics discovery pipelines and to influence platform‑level decisions within a highly innovative research environment. Key Responsibilities 1.Develop and apply state‑of‑the‑art AI/ML methodologies to enable de novo biologic design and improve key molecular properties such as affinity, stability, expression, and pharmacokinetics. 2.Lead cross‑disciplinary collaborations with protein engineers, structural scientists, and data scientists to convert computational insights into viable therapeutic molecules. 3.Build and manage strategic external partnerships to enhance internal AI/ML capabilities and accelerate platform development. 4.Stay current with emerging advances in AI, machine learning, and protein engineering, and integrate relevant innovations into ongoing research. 5.Document research outcomes and communicate findings to diverse scientific and technical teams to support decision‑making and platform evolution.

1.PhD & Mater degree in Computer Science, Statistics 2.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or C++. 3.Demonstrated innovation and research achievements in developing AI/ML methods or applying deep learning to protein or antibody engineering challenges. 4.Experience with structural modeling or molecular design tools is highly desirable. 5.Proven ability to collaborate effectively with experimental and computational teams to solve complex discovery problems. Preferred Skills Experience leading or mentoring scientific or technical teams. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex computational concepts to non‑specialists. Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving research environment and adapt to evolving scientific priorities.
