Role Summary The organization is seeking an experienced Group Head of Cybersecurity to lead global security strategy and operations. This role focuses on cybersecurity architecture, auditing, and oversight of both the product and the wider corporate technology environment. The position partners closely with Engineering, ERP, and IT teams across Globe to ensure consistent security standards and data protection practices. Responsibilities AGRC 1.Develop and maintain a unified global cybersecurity framework across operations in China and Global sites 2.Conduct in‑depth security assessments of engineering codebases, API integrations, and cloud infrastructure. 3.Oversee ERP and IT support functions to ensure access controls, account management, and network configurations comply with global security requirements. Product Security 1.Lead penetration testing and vulnerability assessments for the product platform 2.Implement Secure SDLC practices to embed security throughout product development. 3.Serve as the final security approver for product releases, with authority to pause launches when critical risks are identified. Incident Response and Crisis Management 1.Establish and lead the global incident response program to ensure rapid detection and containment of cyber threats. 2.Conduct post‑incident reviews and present remediation strategies to senior leadership.

职位要求

1.At least 10 years of cybersecurity experience, ideally with exposure to large‑scale or multinational technology environments. 2.Strong knowledge of cloud security (AWS), container security (K8S), Zero Trust architecture, and web application firewalls. 3.Fluent in English and experienced in coordinating cross‑border teams across multiple time zones 4.Familiarity with international data protection and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, SOC 2, or ISO 27001. 5.Able to guide and influence senior engineering stakeholders and drive adherence to security standards without direct reporting authority.
