POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dynamic manufacturing leader to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving manufacturing excellence and operational success. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a passion for continuous   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Operational Excellence: Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure efficient production, compliance with quality standards, and alignment with company objectives. Responsible for managing a network of inhouse and outsourced manufacturing.  Leadership & Team Development: Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and enabling professional growth among team members.  Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to optimize production, reduce costs, and enhance supply chain performance.  Innovation & Technology Integration: Assess and adopt new technologies designed to improve efficiency, sustainability, and scalability in manufacturing operations.  Global Collaboration: Coordinate operations with global teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment across global facilities.  Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and safety guidelines while maintaining high standards in environmental sustainability.  Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to enhance productivity and profitability.  Lead efforts to improve agility through automation and manufacturing diversification.  Lead efforts to digitize manufacturing footprint leveraging AI.  Identify and deploy advanced manufacturing processes and technologies to improve efficiency and enable product superiority.  Collaborate with engineering and business groups to facilitate efficient and timely launch of new products, through design for automation, design for cost and manufacturing readiness.  

QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred. Proven experience (e.g., 10+ years) in, manufacturing operations, supply chain management, leadership roles within a global organization. Strong understanding of manufacturing systems such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO standards. Experience with ERP systems, production planning, or automated technologies applicable to manufacturing. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence effectively across diverse cultures and teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies Experience managing a medium to large size factory
