1. HR Strategy & Organizational Development
Develop and implement mid‑ to long‑term HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals
Design and optimize organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent pipelines
Participate in major business decisions and provide HR insights to support organizational growth
2. Talent Acquisition & Management
Lead recruitment for key positions, including plant leadership, production management, engineering, and quality roles
Build efficient hiring systems for both white‑collar and blue‑collar workforce
Drive talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development programs
3. Compensation & Performance Management
Design competitive compensation structures tailored to manufacturing environments (piece‑rate, hourly, shift allowances, team incentives, etc.)
Establish and manage performance evaluation systems (KPI, OKR, productivity‑based metrics)
Conduct labor cost analysis and ensure cost‑effectiveness
