HR Business Partner (HRBP)
Location: Dalian
Industry: Foreign-invested enterprise / Multinational company
Reports to: HR Director / Head of HR
Role Overview:
The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and people strategies that support business growth. This role requires strong experience in multinational environments and proven capability in Organization Development (OD), change management, and leadership enablement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership
Partner closely with business leaders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective people strategies.
Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making on workforce planning, talent deployment, and organizational structure.
Act as a trusted advisor to management on all HR-related matters.
2. Organization Development (OD) & Change Management
Lead OD initiatives including organizational design, capability building, culture shaping, and change management programs.
Diagnose organizational issues and propose solutions to improve efficiency, collaboration, and performance.
Facilitate workshops, team effectiveness sessions, and leadership development programs.
3. Talent Management & Development
Drive annual talent review, succession planning, and high‑potential talent programs.
Partner with leaders to identify critical roles and build talent pipelines.
Support leadership development through coaching, feedback, and targeted interventions.
4. Performance & Employee Engagement
Guide managers on performance management, goal setting, and continuous feedback.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and action planning to enhance workplace culture.
Address employee relations issues with professionalism and compliance.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
6–10 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience, preferably in multinational companies.
Strong background in OD, organizational design, and change management is essential.
