Main Duties
- Build a strategic partnership with Regional and Local leaders to contribute to the design of effective employee solutions related to organizational design & development, compensation & benefits, talent development, performance management, etc.
- Act as a trusted partner to managers and employees alike, creating people - centric strategies to meet business demands.
- Maintain in -depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
- Champion the communication of People & organization strategy, initiatives, policies, and procedures, lead and drive change projects to generate and deliver continuous improvements within the function.
- Collaborating and coordinating global projects with the Learning & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, People Ops Team, and others Business Partners.
职位要求
- University degree and above
- Languages: Excellent command of English written and spoken
