Key Responsibilities 1. HR Business Partnering • Partner with leadership teams to strengthen organizational capability and support business growth. • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, performance management, talent management, succession planning, and team effectiveness. • Coach managers on employee development, leadership effectiveness, and change management. 2. Research-Wide HR Initiatives Implementation • Support the HRBP Leader in implementing Research-wide organizational and talent initiatives, including organizational effectiveness projects, transformation efforts, and change initiatives. 3. Site HR and Employee Experience: • Support government-sponsored talent programs. • Partner with local site stakeholders to drive site-wide culture and engagement initiatives. • Collaborate with HR Operations, Facilities, and Administration teams on employee-facing initiatives. • Serve as the HR representative during government inspections, visits, and labor-related inquiries, as applicable.

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. • 5+ years (Manager) or 8+ years (Senior Manager) of HR Business Partner experience. • Demonstrated experience in talent management, leadership development, or organizational development. • Ability to partner effectively with HR Centers of Excellence to drive innovative HR programs and solutions. • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and influencing skills. • Strong project management and execution capabilities. • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth, matrixed environment. • Fluent Mandarin and professional English communication skills.
