HRBP Manager/Senior Manager

Strategic Business Partnership 1) Partner with Retail Directors, Regional Managers, and Store Managers to align HR initiatives with business objectives. 2) Provide HR insights and workforce planning recommendations to support sales growth and organizational effectiveness. 3) Drive talent and succession planning for critical retail positions. 4) Act as a trusted advisor on people-related decisions and organizational changes. Performance & Talent Management 1)Drive performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, calibration, and development planning. 2) Coach people managers on performance conversations and employee development. 3) Support identification and development of high-potential talent and succession pipelines. 4) Facilitate leadership development initiatives for retail management teams. Employee Relations & Engagement 1) Manage complex employee relations matters and provide guidance on labor law compliance. 2) Conduct investigations and resolve workplace issues in a fair and timely manner. 3) Drive employee engagement activities and enhance employee experience across retail locations. 4) Monitor employee satisfaction and turnover trends, implementing retention initiatives where needed.
