1. Strategic HR Leadership — Develop and execute HR strategies that support organisational goals, workforce planning, and long‑term growth.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning — Oversee recruitment, employer branding, and succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
3. Performance Management — Lead the design and implementation of performance frameworks, KPIs, and appraisal cycles.
4. Employee Relations — Foster a positive work environment, manage conflict resolution, and ensure fair and consistent HR practices.
5. Learning & Development — Drive capability‑building initiatives, leadership development, and training programs.
6. Compensation & Benefits — Oversee salary structures, benchmarking, rewards, and benefits programs.
7. HR Policies & Compliance — Ensure compliance with labour laws, workplace safety, and internal policies.
8. Culture & Engagement — Champion organisational culture, diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement initiatives.
9. HR Operations & Systems — Manage HRIS, reporting, analytics, and process optimisation.
10. Leadership & Stakeholder Management — Partner with executives and department heads to support organisational priorities.
