【Key Responsibilities】
1. HR Strategy & Business Partnership
Partner closely with Managing Partners and business heads to translate firm strategy into people and organizational plans.
Provide strategic HR advisory on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership development.
Support business expansion, new fund launches, and team build‑out.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Lead recruitment for investment, post‑investment, research, and corporate functions.
Build talent pipelines for senior investment roles and critical positions.
Strengthen employer branding within the investment community.
3. Performance Management & Talent Development
Design and implement performance evaluation frameworks tailored to investment teams.
Drive talent review, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Build learning programs to enhance investment, post‑investment, and functional capabilities.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Incentive Design
Oversee compensation benchmarking and annual review cycles.
Partner with finance/legal to optimize incentive schemes (carry plan, bonus structure, retention mechanisms).
Ensure competitive and compliant compensation practices.
5. Culture, Engagement & Organizational Effectiveness
Shape and reinforce a high‑performance, ownership‑driven culture aligned with the firm’s values.
Lead engagement initiatives and internal communication programs.
Improve organizational efficiency through process optimization and HR digitalization.
