Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Partnership
Work closely with Plant Manager, Production, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain leaders to understand operational priorities and workforce needs
Provide HR insights to support decision‑making on staffing, labor planning, shift models, and organizational structure
Participate in daily/weekly production meetings to stay aligned with operational challenges and talent implications
2. Workforce Planning & Talent Acquisition
Lead end‑to‑end hiring for factory roles, including operators, technicians, engineers, and frontline supervisors
Develop workforce planning models based on production forecasts, seasonal fluctuations, and capacity expansion
Partner with local agencies, vocational schools, and internal sourcing teams to ensure stable labor supply
3. Employee Relations & Shop‑Floor Engagement
Maintain strong presence on the shop floor to understand employee sentiment and operational realities
Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management
Support initiatives to improve retention, attendance, and workforce engagement
4. Performance & Capability Development
Support performance management processes for frontline and technical teams
Coach supervisors and line leaders on people management, communication, and feedback skills
Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs (technical, safety, compliance, leadership)
5. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure HR policies, labor practices, and factory operations comply with local labor laws and company standards
Manage time & attendance, shift scheduling, overtime control, and leave management
Support audits related to HR, EHS, compliance, and customer requirements
Experience:
3–7 years of HRBP or HR generalist experience, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, electronics, automotive, or similar industries
Experience supporting frontline workforce and factory operations is strongly preferred
Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of labor laws, factory workforce dynamics, and HR operations
Ability to build trust with frontline employees and influence factory leadership
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
Data‑driven mindset with ability to interpret workforce metrics
