HR Vice President (HRVP) Key Responsibilities Lead the overall HR strategy and agenda for China, ensuring strong alignment with global business priorities and organizational goals. Act as a key HR partner to Global Leadership and China Management, providing strategic HR insights and driving effective cross-border collaboration. Lead and participate in global HR projects and transformation initiatives, working closely with global and regional stakeholders. Provide strategic leadership across key HR areas, including organizational development, talent management, workforce planning, leadership development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness. Partner closely with business leaders to support organizational transformation, business growth, and change management in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment. Build a high-performance organization and strengthen leadership and talent pipelines to support sustainable business growth. Provide strategic guidance on complex people and organizational matters, balancing global frameworks with local business needs. Requirements 20+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant experience in senior HR leadership positions. Strong experience working directly with Global HQ / Global Leadership, with proven ability to influence and manage senior stakeholders across different markets and cultures. Extensive experience in global and cross-regional HR projects, ideally within multinational internet, technology, or similarly fast-paced organizations. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to translate business priorities into effective people and organizational strategies. Proven experience leading organizational transformation and change in complex, dynamic environments. Excellent communication and influencing skills in both English and Chinese.
