职位描述

1. Lead the wearable injection technology team to develop injection parts and new product development. 2. Provide technical support and feasibility analysis during the new product development process, including self-made and outsourced products. 3. Lead cross-functional teams. Interface with the wearable development team, the Italian development team, and the project team upstream; and connect with the mold, injection factory, production, engineering, quality, and planning departments downstream. 4. Manage the wearable injection technology team.

职位要求

1. Bachelor’s degree in polymer material or injection mold design 2. Solid skill (over 10 years) on injection processes and related equipment, hands-on experience for technical troubleshooting 3. Rich experience on mold design with 3D software, capable to define process instruction for injection components, technical mindset and robust skills to coach staff 4. Robust hands-on experience of program management, electronical industry in particular 5. Strong responsibility and result-oriented mind, good attitude with team spirit, good skill of team management 6. Wearable devices industry experience (injection frames) is preferred 7. Rich experience in project management 8. Fluent English both speaking and writing
