IT Digital Director

Key Responsibilities • Define and execute the global ERP/CRM strategy, roadmap, and budget. • Lead end to end implementation of Kingdee ERP and Salesforce CRM. • Ensure ERP supports finance, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and global operations. • Build integrated sales, service, and Quote to Cash processes on Salesforce. • Design system integrations across ERP, CRM, MES, PLM, HRIS, and BI. • Build and lead a global IT solutions team; establish governance and change management. Requirements • 10+ years working experience, 5+ years of IT leadership. • Led at least one full global Kingdee ERP implementation in manufacturing (required). • Experience with global Salesforce deployments. • Strong understanding of enterprise integration (API, middleware). • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
