IT Manager

The IT Manager will lead the design, deployment, and optimization of IT solutions supporting corporate functions (Finance, HR, Procurement) while enabling global expansion, commercialization, clinical operations, and future manufacturing capabilities. This role requires strong experience in global IT environments, familiarity with international enterprise systems, and the ability to collaborate across regions. Key Responsibilities • Enterprise IT Solution Delivery Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of IT solutions supporting Finance, Procurement, HR, OA and other core functions. • Commercial IT Enablement Support CRM, service management platforms, supply chain systems, and other commercial stage applications. • Global IT Infrastructure Management Manage China based infrastructure (network, servers, services) and collaborate with US/EU teams to maintain global standards. • IT Security and Compliance Ensure adherence to GxP, GDPR, China data privacy regulations, and corporate IT security policies. • IT Service Management Oversee desktop support, incident management, service delivery processes, and vendor management. • Support global deployment and localization of ERP, QMS, and future MES systems to enable commercialization and manufacturing readiness.
