ITBP Director

Position Overview The IT Business Partner Director serves as the strategic interface between business leaders and the global/regional IT organization. This role is accountable for shaping technology roadmaps, driving digital initiatives, and ensuring successful delivery of IT solutions that enable business growth, operational excellence, and innovation. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership & Strategy • Strategic IT alignment — Act as the primary IT partner to business stakeholders, translating business priorities into actionable technology strategies and multi year roadmaps. • Demand management — Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of business demands, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and IT governance. • Value realization — Drive measurable business outcomes through technology initiatives, ensuring ROI, adoption, and continuous improvement. Program & Delivery Leadership • End to end delivery ownership — Oversee the full lifecycle of IT programs and projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality targets are met. • Cross functional coordination — Partner with product, engineering, PMO, security, and data teams to ensure seamless execution across multiple workstreams. • Risk & issue management — Establish proactive risk controls, escalation paths, and mitigation plans for complex, multi system initiatives. Stakeholder & Vendor Management • Executive communication — Provide clear, structured updates to senior leadership on program status, risks, and strategic decisions. • Vendor governance — Manage external partners, ensuring delivery excellence, contract compliance, and continuous performance improvement. Technology & Architecture Alignment • Solution validation — Review and challenge technical designs to ensure scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise architecture standards. • Innovation enablement — Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance business capabilities. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • 10+ years of experience in IT business partnering, program delivery, or digital transformation leadership. • Proven track record of leading large scale, cross functional IT initiatives in complex enterprise environments. • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills. • Experience working with global teams and matrix organizations. • PMP, ITIL, Agile certifications are a plus.
