Purpose & Scope of role/Key responsibilities:
The Sales Representatives / Key Account Manager is the face of the Group to the OEM customers. The main task of the vacant position is the profitable positioning of a defined customer group (FBAC, BBAC, BYD, Liauto, etc. and international joint ventures like BBAC, FBAC, SVW, BBA, etc.) in the Sub-Segment CPV OEM within the economic thresholds of the Dometic Group. Respectively, the current sub-segment sales are expected to remain profitable in the long term by stabilizing customer relationships and improving customer satisfaction. The further role of the Key Account Manager is to develop the business by identifying and closing white spots and planning OEM customer strategies to support the Dometic Group's growth plan in relation to the current product portfolio as well as new products and business opportunities.
Essentially, the incumbent will act as an entrepreneur within the Cooling Compartment sub-segment, focusing on all opportunities to support the profitable growth of the sub-segment and the Group.
Required experience:
• Global Corporate Work Experience in international companies.
• Automotive Network in the APAC OEM Industry.
• 1st /2nd -tier from automotive industry on interior parts like console, door panel, seat etc.
• Know how on electronic (would be nice to have).
• Business development capacity.
• Market experience in B2B.
• Proven track record in Key Account Mgt/ Project/Product Mgt with OEM customers.
• Strategic thinking, well developed negotiation skills.
• Familiar with standard OEM customer & industry requirements (product cost and investment transparency, sustainability details, etc.)
