Learning Strategy & Talent Development Develop and execute the company's learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives. Conduct organization-wide training needs analyses and identify skill and capability gaps. Establish learning roadmaps for employees, managers, and senior leaders. Drive initiatives that support succession planning, leadership development, and career growth. Program Design & Delivery Design, develop, and implement engaging learning programs utilizing classroom, virtual, digital, and blended learning methodologies. Facilitate leadership, management, onboarding, professional skills, and compliance training programs. Partner with external training vendors, consultants, and educational institutions to enhance learning offerings. Ensure learning content remains current, relevant, and aligned with industry best practices. Leadership Development Create and manage leadership development frameworks and programs for emerging and senior leaders. Coach managers and leaders on performance development and talent growth practices. Support mentoring and coaching initiatives across the organization. Learning Operations & Technology Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and digital learning platforms. Monitor training participation, completion, certifications, and compliance requirements. Leverage learning technologies and learning analytics to improve learner engagement and program effectiveness.
