职位要求
Education:
PhD or Master’s degree in Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Materials, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
8+ years of relevant R&D experience, particularly in emulsion polymers or liquid polymer products used in electronic materials.
Proven experience leading innovation projects and new product development.
Strong background in DOE (Design of Experiments) and data‑driven development.
Solid track record working effectively with cross‑functional and multinational teams.
Skills:
Strong verbal English communication skills.
Ability to collaborate globally and influence across teams.
