Lean Expert

Responsibility: Subject Matter Expert (SME) of Lean, partner with management team and facilitating the Lean strategy development and responsible for maintenance and communication.  Dedicated to Lean people development, training, coaching and mentoring.  Lead the development of Lean training system and curriculum according to developed Lean strategy to support the company and Lean goal. Develop Lean Training Team in the company to serve the purpose and continuously monitor the quality of trainer and appropriateness of training skill and training material used; regularly and actively evaluate the effectiveness of overall Lean training to the impact of company operation, make proper adjustment if needed.
