Legal Supervisor

Provide day-to-day legal support for overseas business operations, particularly in consumer electronics (2C) markets Draft, review and negotiate various commercial agreements, including distribution agreements, sales contracts, marketing and promotion agreements, NDA, service agreements, and cross-border cooperation agreements Support overseas market entry and ongoing operations, including basic regulatory and compliance assessment (product compliance, consumer protection, advertising, data/privacy awareness, etc.) Assist in cross-border project structuring and transaction execution under guidance of senior legal team members Coordinate and manage external counsel in different jurisdictions when required Participate in contract template optimization and internal policy improvement Provide internal legal training and risk reminders to business teams Monitor legal and regulatory developments relevant to overseas business

Master’s degree (full-time) from Top-tier Chinese law schools (五院四系), 985/211 universities, or overseas equivalent law schools Qualified PRC lawyer (holding PRC Legal Professional Qualification Certificate) 3+ years of legal experience (law firm and/or in-house), with at least 2 years supporting overseas business or “going global” companies Experience in consumer electronics, hardware, or 2C-related industries is strongly preferred Familiarity with cross-border commercial transactions and basic overseas compliance framework English must be able to serve as a working language, including drafting and oral communication in business meetings Strong contract drafting and review skills Practical, detail-oriented, proactive and business-minded Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Preferred Attributes Exposure to international distribution models and overseas channel management Experience supporting fast-growing tech or hardware companies Able to balance legal risk control with commercial objectives High sense of responsibility and ownership
