Job Description: M&A Manager / Senior Manager   Company Introduction   Leading global electronic equipment group headquartered in the US, focusing on electronic equipment, power supply, electronic control and robotics, with billions of assets and global footprint.   Key Responsibilities   1. Source, evaluate and execute M&A and investment projects globally in power supply, electronic control, robotics and electronic equipment.   2. Conduct technical, product and business due diligence based on professional background.   3. Understand financial models and statements, assist in financial analysis and valuation.   4. Track industry trends and provide insights for investment decisions.   5. Lead overseas project communication and coordination in English.   6. Cooperate with internal teams to drive deal completion and post-investment integration.   Requirements   1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Power Supply, Electronic Control, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Automation or related technical majors.   2. Experience in Corporate M&A, strategic investment, corporate strategy; PE/VC background is a plus.   3. Ability to understand financial models and valuation; strong analyst experience is not required.   4. Fluent English as working language; overseas M&A experience preferred.   5. Strong analytical, project execution and cross-team coordination skills.
