负责泌尿产品线的产品管理和团队管理
Work closely with line manager to formulate mid-to-long term (3-5 years) business plan; Share the accountability of business results, functional effectiveness and financial returns of BU
Formulate the mid-to-long term (3-5 years) marketing strategy of BU (incl. pricing);
Formulate the BU marketing plan (incl. budgeting) for product portfolio;
Supervise teams to execute marketing strategies and marketing plans;
Evaluate and define the product portfolio and its positioning;
visualize business goals to sales team to ensure the alignment;
Set the guiding principles for all the training and communication materials;
Leverage headquarter or global resources and other internal resources when necessary;
Mobilize marketing resources to support sales process (e.g. in bidding process);
1Develop KOL/KA/Channel relationship management strategy;
Maintain selected important KOL/KA relationship (government authority, international/national level expert, etc);
Develop insight on BU market towards market dynamics, trends, customer needs, competition intelligence etc.;
Set and communicate clear team goals and regularly monitor the progress;
Build team capability by creating enabling conditions;
Motivate the team;
