职位描述
Support new product registration and product commercialization activities
Identify strategic business needs and commercialization strategy to help guide product registration pathway
Collaborates with internal stakeholders to drive execution of new product registration activities
Lead the marketing team to develop annual marketing plans, including marketing activities, product promotion / launching scheme, and manages its
Keep regular academic visit to KOLs and HCPs. Enhance the recognition and reputation of the company
Cooperates with the sales management team to develop target accounts nationwide, assists on developing appropriate sales strategies, and coordinate target account activities for expanding market shares.
Identifying and evaluating market opportunities
Collaborates in the development of market models for existing and new products or therapies
Analyzes new markets to determine capabilities required to win in market
Identifies customer requirements for new markets and competitive entrants or threats
Marketing intelligence Development and maintenance
Monitors product performance, competitor activities, analyses variances from plan and recommends remedial action as appropriate
Work closely with Corporate Strategy Planning, SFE and Sales Leaders to optimize CRM as well as sales
Leadership
Provide leadership, coaching, mentoring, direction to staff, including hiring, manpower allocation
职位要求
本科及以上学历,市场营销或医学相关专业;
了解医疗器械行业法规知识,具备市场营销、公共关系、合同管理知识、掌握同行业产品与公司产品标准;
10年以上市场领域工作经验,其中至少3年团队管理经验;
有较强的市场感知能力,敏锐的掌握市场动态,具备较强的谈判能力、组织能力、沟通协调能力。
