Master Analyst, Customer Strategic Solutions Global top‑3 foreign mining company | Shanghai Reporting to General Manager, this role delivers strategic analysis, project coordination and stakeholder engagement support for low‑carbon initiatives across China and global markets, covering green hydrogen, renewables, DRI/HBI, mineral processing, logistics and decarbonization. You synthesize market, technical, policy and partner intelligence into executive‑ready deliverables, oversee project pipeline, risks and action items. Interface cross‑functionally with internal teams, as well as external stakeholders including steel mills, technology providers, EPC contractors and consultants across multi‑cultural & multi‑time‑zone settings. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree, master preferred in metallurgy, energy, economics, engineering, international trade or related fields • 10+ years relevant experience for Master Analyst; 8+ years for Senior Analyst level • Background in mining, steel, industrial decarbonization, BD or strategy consulting preferred, with sound iron‑ore value‑chain knowledge • Strong strategic analysis, structured problem‑solving, cross‑team coordination, high confidentiality, ability to work under pressure & ambiguity • Fluent English & Chinese; Portuguese a plus
