Coachandprovideguidancetomechanicalengineersonmechanicalcompetenceandkeytechnology
challenges.
More about you
Bachelor or Master degree inMechanical Engineering or related field. Experience in luminaire will be a
plus.
5+ years in hands-onmechanical design and development. Strong understanding ofmechanical
design principles, materials andmanufacturing processes. Expert in certainmechanical domain will be
a plus.
Proficiency in CAD software, 2D/3D modeling, DFMEA, tolerance analysis, design formanufacturing.
Proven track record of leading teams of projects successfully.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration and mentorship.
Ability to write and speak in English.
