Operation Manager, Indonesia

Operations Manager Global Manufacturing Company | Indonesia Our client is a well-established multinational manufacturer with a growing footprint in Southeast Asia. To support the continued development of its Indonesia operations, the company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead end-to-end operational functions covering Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics and Customs. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position will be responsible for driving operational performance, ensuring delivery commitments, optimizing inventory levels and strengthening collaboration across the entire supply chain and manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Production, Planning, Purchasing, Warehouse and Customs functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Drive end-to-end operational planning from customer orders through production and shipment. Ensure production schedules, material planning and delivery commitments are achieved. Optimize inventory levels, improve inventory turnover and reduce excess or slow-moving stock. Strengthen coordination across Sales, Production, Purchasing, Quality and Logistics teams to improve overall business performance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing and supply chain operations. Oversee import and export activities and ensure customs compliance. Establish effective operational processes, controls and KPIs to support business growth. Work closely with regional stakeholders and headquarters to align operational priorities and objectives. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above. Proven management experience across manufacturing operations and supply chain functions. Strong understanding of Production Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management and Logistics. Experience managing multiple operational teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent English communication skills with experience working with regional or global headquarters.
