职位描述
Automation team management, lead team to develop automation in house or outsourcing with supplier, support production during auto line ramp up stage, and make continuous improvement of existing automation.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED:

Responsible for Process and Automation development for New Product;
Lead team to conduct DFM during new product design stage;
Lead team to build new product samples for evaluation in early stage;
Lead team to make automation concept design, automation standardization concept design, assembly and debug auto line;
Lead team to develop new manufacturing technology;
To perform other duties as required.
