Lead the setup and localization of the electronic precious metal paste production line and drive ongoing process improvement.
Support technology transfer and work with overseas teams
Help select equipment and define process parameters
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver the project
Lead trial runs and mass‑production ramp‑up
Build SOPs and process/quality documentation
职位要求
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials, or Mechanics
10+ years of manufacturing experience in process control or improvement
Background in precious metal paste or related materials
Experience in production line setup
CAD skills; Minitab or PLC knowledge is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and team management
Detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure
