Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Management
Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
Establish policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant procurement operations.
Supplier Management
Lead supplier selection, qualification, and performance evaluation.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
Build and maintain long-term strategic supplier partnerships.
Cost & Quality Optimization
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Ensure purchased goods and services meet quality and compliance standards.
Collaborate with quality and production teams to resolve supplier issues.
Team Leadership
Supervise and develop the procurement team, providing training and guidance.
Set performance targets and monitor team KPIs.
Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Risk & Compliance
Identify procurement risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare procurement reports, cost analysis, and supplier performance dashboards.
Drive process improvements and digitalization of procurement systems (ERP/MRP).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.).
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin preferred (for global operations).
