Procurement Specialist(Plastic）

Job Summary The Procurement Specialist is responsible for executing purchasing activities, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost‑effective procurement of goods and services. This role supports the company’s operational needs by coordinating with internal teams, analyzing market trends, and maintaining procurement compliance and documentation. Key Responsibilities Execute end‑to‑end procurement processes, including sourcing, quotation comparison, purchase order creation, and order follow‑up. Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliability. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings and value improvements. Monitor supplier performance and resolve delivery, quality, or service issues. Maintain accurate procurement records, contracts, and supplier databases. Collaborate with internal departments to understand purchasing requirements and ensure timely fulfillment. Conduct market research to track price trends, supply risks, and new sourcing opportunities. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in procurement systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa). Solid analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.
