Strategic Sourcing Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned commodities and categories. Identify, evaluate and onboard new suppliers. Conduct supplier benchmarking and market intelligence analysis. Lead RFQ/RFP activities and supplier selection processes. Supplier Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers. Monitor supplier performance in quality, cost, delivery and service. Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives. Conduct supplier audits and business reviews. Cost Management Lead cost reduction and productivity projects. Analyze supplier quotations and perform cost breakdown analysis. Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions. Identify opportunities for value engineering and localization. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Engineering teams on new product development and supplier involvement. Support supplier qualification, PPAP, FAI and production ramp-up activities. Collaborate with Quality and Manufacturing teams to resolve supplier-related issues. Ensure continuity of supply and risk mitigation plans. Supply Chain & Risk Management Develop supply continuity and risk management strategies. Monitor market trends, raw material fluctuations and industry developments. Manage inventory optimization and lead-time improvement projects. Support business growth through scalable supplier capacity planning. Qualifications Education Bachelor's Degree or above in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related disciplines. Experience 5+ years of sourcing, procurement, supplier quality or supply chain experience. Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, automotive, semiconductor, electronics or related industries. Demonstrated experience in supplier development and supplier management. Proven track record in cost reduction and sourcing projects. Technical Skills Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, such as: Machining Sheet Metal Casting Forging Plastic Injection Molding Die Casting Welding / Fabrication Electronics Assembly Familiarity with: BOM Engineering Drawings GD&T PPAP APQP FMEA Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing
