Production Development Associate Manager (Footwear)
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end footwear product development from design handover to commercialization.
Collaborate with design, merchandising, sourcing, and suppliers to ensure products meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.
Manage sample development, material selection, tooling, fitting, and testing processes.
Drive continuous improvement in product construction, manufacturability, and cost optimization.
Coordinate with factories to resolve development and production issues and ensure on-time delivery.
Monitor product quality standards and compliance requirements throughout the development cycle.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above.
5+ years of footwear product development experience, preferably in sportswear, outdoor, lifestyle, or fashion brands.
Strong knowledge of footwear construction, materials, manufacturing processes, and costing.
Experience working directly with factories and cross-functional teams.
Good project management and problem-solving skills.
Fluent English communication skills.
