Educations & Language 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is preferred. 2. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required for international client coordination. additional languages are a plus, such as Japanese and/or German. Professional Experience 1. Minimum 3-5 years of project、business development management experience in the electro-chemical equipment industry. 2. Familiar with the full project lifecycle structure (initiation, planning, execution, control, closure) in a manufacturing or industrial equipment context. 3. Knowledge of electro-chemical processes (e.g., electrolysis).
