QA Supervisor

1. Assist Quality Manager to implement and maintain IATF16949, ISO9001 standards in PPG plant. 2. Implement internal audit according to approved plan. Prepare and join in the second party and third party’s audits. Prepare the audit finding report and be responsible to report the progress of corrective and preventive actions. 3. Be responsible for internal quality continuous improvement. Lead the internal NOK goods reduction and prevention; organize the internal daily quick response meeting to reduce the abnormal batches during production process. 4. Act as the coordinator of the investigation and resolutions for Customer Complaints, Returned Goods Order, Problem Solving Report and Work Off Salvage. Report the progress of the resolutions of those 4 items to Quality Assurance Manager weekly. 5. Be responsible for quality data collection, analysis, send the quality reports. 6. Management for quality system document according to established procedure.
