Role Overview:
The Retail Manager oversees the performance, people, and operations of the brand’s retail network, ensuring exceptional customer experience and strong commercial results. This role drives store excellence, elevates brand image, and leads frontline teams to deliver premium service aligned with the brand’s luxury positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retail Operations & Store Performance
Drive retail sales performance across boutiques, department stores, and counters, ensuring monthly and annual targets are achieved.
Analyze store KPIs (traffic, conversion, ATV, UPT, productivity) and implement action plans to improve performance.
Optimize store operations including staffing, scheduling, inventory, grooming standards, and VM execution.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, maintaining luxury service standards and store ambience.
--People Leadership & Training
Lead and develop store teams including Store Managers, Beauty Advisors, and Fragrance Specialists.
Conduct regular coaching, in-store visits, and performance reviews to elevate service and selling skills.
Partner with Training teams to roll out product knowledge, fragrance storytelling, and luxury service programs.
Recruit and onboard talent to build a high-performing retail team.
--Customer Experience & Brand Ambassadorship
Champion luxury service standards and ensure every customer receives a personalized, memorable experience.
Strengthen clienteling programs to drive loyalty, repeat purchases, and VIP engagement.
Support retail events such as fragrance workshops, new product launches, and boutique activations.
--Retail Excellence & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing to execute campaigns, animations, and seasonal launches.
Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure healthy stock levels, accurate forecasting, and smooth replenishment.
Partner with VM teams to ensure visual guidelines are executed flawlessly.
Provide market insights on competitors, trends, and customer behavior.
Qualifications & Experience:
5+ years of retail management experience in beauty, fragrance, luxury, or premium lifestyle brands.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-store teams.
Deep understanding of luxury service, fragrance storytelling, and customer engagement.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive action.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently for store visits.
