职位描述

Key Responsibilities Manage Revenue Team; Check and record revenue; Verify correctness of the agent reports and information in Softship; Liaise with revenue team as well as agencies globally; Provide training to the agents globally when necessary; Keep accounting records for all  lines; Manage and control intercompany transactions, slots arrangements, calculate financial results. Prepare Round Trip Results (revenue part); Ensure that all information is entered as per procedures; Maintain and  keep control over the revenue/income;

职位要求

Requirements: 7+ years of experience in shipping lines, preferably in customer service, freight management, or related commercial/operations roles 2+ years of experience in a team management or supervisory role Familiar with shipping line operations, agency settlement, slot arrangement, and intercompany transaction settlement Experience with maritime business systems (e.g., Softship or similar ERP systems) is preferred Strong cross-departmental communication skills and ability to coordinate globally Fluent English skills, both oral and written, capable of working with overseas agents and headquarters Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, International Trade, Shipping & Logistics, or related fields preferred Detail-oriented, data-sensitive, and with a strong sense of compliance and risk control
