RPA Leader

职责Responsibility:  熟悉VW80000测试规范，了解控制器各项实验的潜在失效模式。 Familiar the VW80000 test specification and be understand with the potential failure modes of various inverter experiments.  指导团队判定拆解后零部件状态，确保判定符合客户标准。 Guide the team in determining the status of disassembled parts to ensure that the assessment meets customer standards.  负责RPA失效零部件8D的审核，确保8D的质量。 Responsible for reviewing 8D reports for RPA failed parts to ensure the quality of the 8D.  与客户沟通，及时反馈RPA进展，并收集客户合理的需求。 Communication with clients, provide timely feedback on RPA progress, and collect reasonable client requirements.  研读客户报告审核标准，完成对已编写报告的审核，提升团队报告质量，减少客户审核的指摘项。 Study the customer report review standards, complete the review of the written reports, improve the quality of team’s reports, and reduce the number of issues flagged during customer audits.  管理RPA的拆解计划和报告计划，与客户和实验室拉齐计划 Manage RPA tear down plan and report delivery plan. Keep alignment with test sites and customer.  领导安排的其它任务 Other tasks assigned by the leader. 任职条件Job Requirement:  5年以上工作经验；有电控相关测试经验优先；有电控设计工作经验优先。 More than 5 years of work experience; Experience in Inverter testing is preferred; Experience in inverter design is preferred.  擅长在项目团队中沟通交流 Strong communication skills in project team.  熟练使用word、excel等办公软件。 Proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel.  有团队管理能力。 Have team management skills.  可以使用常用的质量工具FTA、8D。 Common quality tools such as FTA and 8D can be used.  可将英语作为工作语言和会议语言。 English can be used as a language for working and meeting.
