Key Responsibilities｜主要职责
1. Integrated Supply-Demand Planning｜供需一体化规划
1) 负责并推动S&OP流程，确保中短期供需平衡 Lead the S&OP process to balance demand and supply across mid-term and short-term horizons
2) 整合需求预测与生产及产能计划 Consolidate demand forecasts and align them with production and capacity plans
3) 确保需求与生产计划的一致性与协同 Ensure planning consistency and alignment across demand and production teams
2. Demand & Distribution Planning Management｜需求与分销计划管理
1) 管理需求计划相关工作，包括预测管理、订单管理和VMI补货管理 Manage demand planning activities including forecast management, bulk order management and VMI replenishment management.
2) 持续提升预测准确性，确保数据及时准确 Drive forecast accuracy improvement and ensure timely data integration
3) 与销售及客户团队紧密协作，响应需求，订单和交付要求 Collaborate with commercial teams on demand, order and delivery and customer requirements
3. Production Planning & Capacity Coordination｜生产计划与产能协调
1) 统筹生产计划与排程，确保交付目标达成 Oversee production planning and scheduling to meet delivery targets
2) 在产能约束下优化生产计划 Align production plans with capacity constraints and operational priorities
3) 提高资源利用效率并保持稳定交付 Drive efficient utilization of resources while maintaining delivery performance
4. Inventory & Performance Management｜库存与绩效管理
1) 管理库存水平，实现服务与成本的平衡 Manage inventory levels to balance service level and cost efficiency
2) 监控关键指标，如OTD、库存周转及预测准确率 Monitor key planning KPIs such as OTD, inventory turns, and forecast accuracy 3) 推动计划体系持续优化与改进 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize planning performance
5. Cross-functional Collaboration｜跨部门协同
1) 与销售、生产、采购等部门紧密协作 Work closely with commercial, operations, procurement, and other stakeholders
2) 明确传达计划优先级与约束条件 Ensure clear communication of planning priorities and constraints
3) 推动关键供需决策达成一致 Facilitate alignment on supply-demand decisions
6. Project Management & Continuous Improvement｜项目管理与持续改进
1) 主导跨部门计划相关项目，包括供需优化、流程改进等 Lead cross-functional projects related to planning, supply-demand alignment, and process improvement
2) 负责项目全流程管理，包括范围定义、时间推进、跨部门协调及执行跟踪Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope definition, timeline, stakeholder alignment, and execution tracking
3) 持续推动计划体系优化及改进 Drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning, systems, and processes
4) 支持数字化及系统优化项目（如计划工具、自动化、流程标准化 Support digitalization and system enhancement projects (e.g., planning tools, automation, process standardization)
7. Team Leadership & Development｜团队管理与发展
1) 管理并发展需求计划与生产计划团队 Lead and develop demand and production planning teams
2) 明确团队职责与分工 Define clear roles and responsibilities within the planning organization
3) 提升团队能力，确保稳定高效运作 Build capability and ensure sustainable team performance
职位要求
经验要求
1) 本科及以上学历（供应链、工程、管理等相关专业） Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
2) 8年以上供应链或计划相关经验 Minimum 8 years of experience in supply chain or planning roles
3) 至少3年团队管理经验 At least 3 years of team management experience
4) 具有需求计划与生产计划经验者优先 Experience in both demand and production planning is preferred Skills & Competencies

2) 能适应复杂多变的业务环境 Ability to work in a dynamic and complex environment
