Company Profile
A subsidiary of a leading European enterprise specializing in automation robotic components. Our products are widely applied in logistics handling/gripping, production equipment, semiconductor manufacturing, and automotive industries. The subsidiary was recently acquired and integrates the management philosophy and system of a renowned global enterprise, offering a standardized platform and broad development prospects.

Work Location
Based at Dongguan factory (required to be on-site 3-4 days per week) Candidates based in Shenzhen are preferred; excellent candidates from Guangzhou will also be considered.
Reporting To
Global Sales Director / China General Manager
Key Responsibilities
1. Overall sales management of robotic components in Dongguan subsidiary, formulating sales strategies and annual targets, leading the team to achieve business goals.
2. Develop and expand key market sectors including logistics, semiconductor, and automotive industries, manage major client relationships, and enhance market share.
3. Lead and manage a team of over 10 members, specifically oversee a core team of 5-6 people, implement performance evaluation, and cultivate sales talents.
4. Align with and execute the strategic intentions of global headquarters, adapt to the management mode of multinational corporations.
5. Oversee the entire sales process, coordinate internal resources, control risks, and improve customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above; minimum 8 years of sales experience in industrial automation/robotics industry, with 5+ years of sales management experience.
2. Fluent in English for independent cross-cultural communication and business negotiation.
3. Excellent leadership experience with a track record of leading a team of 5-6+ members and achieving outstanding sales results.
4. Strong cultural adaptability to quickly integrate into the European enterprise management style and implement global strategies.
5. Familiar with robotic components and related application industries (logistics, semiconductor, automotive); possessing rich client resources is a plus.
6. Able to work on-site at Dongguan factory 3-4 days per week.
