New Business Development — Identify, pursue, and secure new customers in air, ocean, and cross‑border logistics; develop a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Customer Relationship Management — Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key accounts; understand customer needs and provide tailored freight solutions.
Solution Selling — Work closely with operations and pricing teams to design competitive and profitable logistics solutions.
Market Intelligence — Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer developments to support strategic decision‑making.
Quotation & Negotiation — Prepare quotations, lead commercial negotiations, and close deals aligned with company pricing strategy.
Sales Reporting — Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and customer activity reports in CRM systems.
Cross‑functional Collaboration — Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
