- Manage and grow on-trade accounts (bars, restaurants, hotels, etc.)
- Prospect and secure new venue listings across your territory
- Build strong relationships with venue owners, bartenders, and distributors
- Manage distributor relationships as key stakeholders
- Negotiate placements, activations, and promotional opportunities
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance and account activity
- Represent the brand at events, festivals, and industry showcases
- Support trade marketing and POS execution
职位要求
- Have 3–5 years in alcohol/beverage sales or brand representation
- Have an existing network within the on-trade or hospitality industry
- Are driven, results-oriented, and relationship-focused
- Understand how to turn relationships into repeat business
- Have a genuine love for nightlife, people, and craft drinks
