1.Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
2.5+ years of backend development experience with strong proficiency in Java or Golang.
3.Hands-on experience building large-scale trading systems, with deep understanding of order, payment, settlement, and account processes.
4.Strong expertise in distributed system architecture and high-concurrency system design.
5.Familiar with MySQL, Redis, Kafka/RocketMQ, and other mainstream middleware technologies.
6.Solid understanding of distributed transaction solutions, idempotency, and eventual consistency mechanisms.
7.Proven experience in performance tuning, troubleshooting, and scalability optimization.
8.Strong analytical skills, ownership mindset, and collaborative working style.
